Filmmaker & Storyteller
I’m a Lebanese-Armenian artist, born and raised in Bourj Hammoud. After studying theater in France, I returned to Lebanon and became actively involved in the cultural scene. I began as a jazz radio host in Bourj Hammoud and worked as a light technician in a local theater before moving into acting and directing plays.

Around the same time, I started exploring cinema. I studied filmmaking and spent over 15 years working across sets and stages, directing, performing, and collaborating on a range of projects. I’ve always been drawn to storytelling in its many forms, whether through film, theater, or more experimental formats.
Alongside my creative practice, I’ve dedicated myself to education. I taught cinema and film appreciation in Armenian high schools and, after the pandemic, shifted my focus to personal projects, creating documentaries, stop-motion animations, and educational media. I also began designing and facilitating workshops for children and young adults, both in Lebanon and internationally, using film and theater as tools for expression, connection, and empowerment.
